help xfinity cruel and should give respect to customers instead of passing us around for hours with no resolution

I was passed on chat from aanhal, to shivani, to lokesh, to sudhesh, to huzaifa, to lakshay.  Hours

and hours of this cruel game there playing.   What action will xfinity take to correct this lack of

respect. What action will xfinity take to give me a resolution to my issue?  Please answer.
