Help with wifi password

Today is Sunday, my WIFI password was hacked and need help to reset a new one. I need to speak with a live agent, not a rebot that cannot help me today.  How do I get to a live agent on a Sunday morning?

user_u8gogx Our team and community are here to help. This article will help provide the best ways to reset your WiFi password. I would recommend doing so from the Xfinity app, but you can also hard reset your modem to the factory settings to recreate your WiFi network name and password.
