help with renaming 2.4 and 5GHz

I have asked many times, posted questions and posted responses to answers and talked to customer service.  You keep telling me to open a new question.  I do and get nothing.  So here is another one. I just got a new WiFi router from Xfinity. My printer does not work with the new router. One suggested solution is to rename the 2.4G network. Where do I rename this?  I do not have the option on the admin site or in the app.

I gave up after 5 hours of being on with random help desk people.  Here is how I solved it for anyone else having this issue.  I bought an extender that allows me to assign the 2.5 and 5 ghz names.  I then connected the printer to that 2.5 wifi and it worked.

@rebecky​ I'm running into the same issue, except that it's a "smart camera". We have 2 printers that have automatically connected to the 2.4GHz band, so apparently they are smarter than the camera! What is the name of the extender that you used? I have a feeling that might be my best option, as I don't have the time to be bounced around in customer support.

@rebecky What extender did you purchase? I have had this same issue for months and this may help me too!!
