You will have to call the support number. Any time you are prompted to input something, say the words "cancel service". You may have to say it several times, but eventually the system will connect you with a live agent.
Your bill probably reflects that the promotional pricing you got two years ago has expired. You will have to ask the retention agent to find a similarly priced package to switch to. It will be for a a set period of time as well.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
