Help! Upload Speed
Hi everyone, has anyone elses upload speed been aweful? I have decent download but my upload tanked just a few days ago and hasnt gone back up since! I have tried a number of trouble shooting options and am convinced this is out of my hands and perhaps not an isolated incident.
DOWNLOAD: 200MBS
UPLOAD: 0.24 - THAT IS AWEFUL!
Just wanted to see if anyone else was experienceing this issue and if you guys had any additional tips for me before calling somebody out here. I currently live in Hollywood, Florida. Thanks for any help!

What do the modem's signal stats look like ? Try getting them here http://192.168.100.1 or here http://10.0.0.1
Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.
What is the exact make and model number of the modem ?
Is this with a WiFi connection ?
