help setting up my router and modem
I have been trying to reach out to comcast for a week to set up my new modem and router. I was not able to do this online and need someone to call. I tried chat and phone and waite for hours upon hours and still no one was avalible to help.

Unfortunately, I keep hearing that the company is slammed with contacts right now and the response times are terrible. You might try reaching out to them on Twitter. Otherwise, I think you just have to wait in the phone queue. An employee can help you here, but the response times are delayed here too.

Did you load the Xfi app on your cell phone? It's pretty straight forward from there.

Give this automated device activation line a shot: 1-855-652-3446. Even if the automation fails, you then get connected to an advanced repair representative rather than a tier 1 phone rep. Good luck !!!
