Help needed with XB10 FDX gatway
I visited an xfiniy store on yesterday afternoon and received a new XB10 gatway for symmetrical 2gig service but after getting home and connecting it properly it looks like my service maybe stock on the the previous xb8 configuration or may not have been reprovisioned correctly or not have correct bootfile or maybe just a backend sync may have failed because im not getting the symmetrical speeds and after hours of frustrating phone calls with customer service last night i do not no what to do, can someone please help here?

Woow this is wired cant get any help from customer service or from here for my XB10 gatway i switched to xfiniy symmetrical service to keep from having to got back to at&t fiber or iQ fiber here in Jacksonville , but looks like i ill be giving them both a call this afternoon you would expect xfiniy to be on top and eger to provide assistance with this new service but i guess not
