Help me out! 403 forbidden error
I need access to this website: https://linedraw.co.kr But, it shows me the "403 Forbidden" message.
My friend uses the same xfinity Internet, and access is possible at his house, but I can't enter the homepage using any computer in my house.
I need that homepage to listen to the lectures. However, I cannot access that only in my home xfinity.
How can I fix it???
If can't, do I have to change to a modem or other company Internet?
Help me, please.

Is https://https:// a typo in the address you posted? Cause if it is not, the url won't work. Try linedraw.co.kr in your browser just by itself. (no leading https at all). Let the web server redirect to the encrypted port for you.

"403 Forbidden" responses come from the target system, not from your ISP or anyone along the path to the target system. I can reach the site using my Comcast Internet connection, so the block is not a Comcast block. If you are only blocked using your Comcast connection then the host is blocking your Comcast IP, whether they know it or not, and whether they admit it or not.
You can look up your IP at https://www.google.com/search?q=what+is+my+IP. You'll need to ask the site's admins for help with this.
