Help configuring ports. TECHNICIAN NEEDED

I need an escalation for an inbound IPv4 port-forwarding/NAT issue. My PC is 10.0.0.199 and my public IPv4 is [Edited: "Personal Information"]. TCP 47984 is confirmed LISTENING on 0.0.0.0 on the PC, and Windows Firewall explicitly allows TCP 47984. The Xfinity app has a TCP 47984 port forward assigned to the PC. I power-cycled the gateway and deleted/recreated the rule afterward. An external device on a completely different Wi-Fi tested [Edited: "Personal Information"]:47984 and it remains CLOSED. Advanced Security/CyberSecure is OFF, DMZ is OFF, WAN shows IP translation NONE. Local Xbox-to-PC connectivity works. I need the gateway/NAT port-forward provisioning checked, not Xbox or Sunshine troubleshooting.

@user_vqee29 Thanks for adding a post. When this happens, delete the rule from the app. Once that is done, forget the network settings on the Xbox, and reboot the modem. Before connecting the Xbox again, add the port rule first, then connect the console back to the network. https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfi-port-forwarding
