Are you running a speed test connected to your modem or on Wi-Fi?

Are the speeds the same across multiple devices or just one?

Have you ran a speed test using our site at https://speedtest.xfinity.com/ this site will link your speed test to your account. 

Do you have additional devices connected such as a separate router, any Wi-Fi extenders, splitters or amplifiers? 

... why is my internet download speed around 950 Mbps but upload around 25Mbps and lower..??

What model modem or gateway are you using? What Internet speeds are you subscribed for and expecting?
