Resolved – Xfinity Internet customers should now be able to connect to their WiFi
Customers should now be able to connect to the Internet as you would normally. The issue that was affecting some customers’ ability to connect to their Internet wirelessly has been fixed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Thank you for your patience as we worked to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
If you’re still experiencing an issue finding your WiFi connection listed, please let us know.
