Having issues with setting up Moca with the XB7 gateway
Hi, i am currently setting up the screenbeam moca adapters to the xb7 and am receiving no coax signal. My guess to this problem is that 1, the moca is not enabled on the XB7 (I currently do not have access to the gateway login) or 2, a 4 way spiltter that is incompatible with the adapters that is preventing the adapters to communicate with each other. Any suggestions or answers? Thanks.

Locate and look at the labels of any and all splitters. If it says / they say 5-1002 MHz it's not compatible. You need a 5-1675 MHz MoCA compatible splitter(s) such as this one;

Did you mean POE filter or a Power "injector" ? If it's the former, then not if you put it on the input port of the first splitter off of the drop line coming directly from the street / pole. And are you sure that the MoCA feature is actually enabled in the XB7 ?

@XfinityVictor A DM for what ??? We are in the middle of this.....................
@user_NK2596 A POE injector can't affect MoCA. It's not on the RF / coax system. Check if the MoCA feature is enabled as stated.
