Having issues with my WiFi

It started about 10-12 days ago and our WiFi is running very slow - not sure anything changed but so much slower - causing games to glitch, devices much slower.

 For a test, does a computer / device that is hardwired directly to the router / gateway device with an Ethernet cable have the same problem ?


With this test, we are trying to isolate this down to being either a WiFi-only problem or a problem with the general connection to the Comcast system, which would of course affect both. It's a good first step in troubleshooting before proceeding any further.

Hey there user_p378tm is this still an issue for you? Is this happening with devices connected to Wi-Fi, or directly via an ethernet cable?  It sounds like this is happening on more than one device as well. We have some great resources for you to check out that can help isolate possible sources of an intermittent connection issue.
