Having issues getting new speed after upgrading plan

Hi, I’m an Xfinity NOW Internet customer. My plan was upgraded from 100 Mbps to 200 Mbps, but my modem is still provisioned for the old speed. The Xfinity Assistant only restarts my modem and cannot escalate. Can you please refresh my modem provisioning and confirm that my account is correctly set to the 200 Mbps tier?
