having down/up speed issues after setuping new XB10 with a 2gb plan

a few hours ago I changed my plan online from 1gb to 2gb, got a XB10 from xfinity store. setup has mostly been a breeze, but wondering if there is a bootfile issue or other config problem.  in the xfinity app it says i'm getting 120% downloads speeds of a 1200Mbps plan. I should be on the 2gb plan. also when I log into my xfinity account under plan details it says "Plan: Speeds up to 100". If i click "change plan" it says my current plan is the 1gb plan.
