Have x2 gigabit service. Cannot get over 150mbps.
I upgraded to the x2 gigabit service a few months ago. I have the XB8 gateway and I was given a new gateway to pickup when i upgraded my plan. I assumed it was the newer XB10 gateway but it was just the same XB8 gateway again.
My speeds are around 150mbs download and 100mbs upload when I was at the 600 plan speed as well as the x2 gigabit. The speed didnt change at all.
Now I am reading XB10 gateways around rolling out for the X plans. How can I upgrade to it?

Thank you for reaching out here @user_5f9xlr. The XB10 modems are currently only available to customers with the symmetrical X-class speeds of 500 Mbps or higher. With the limited inventory available right now they have not been sent out for the regular Gigabitx2 customers as yet. Once the inventory is available you would b able to swap your modem out at a service center or have one sent out.
