Has there been any changes to my Xfinity broadband access

Question

Suddenly my ecobee4 thermostat and my racio sprinkler controller will not connect properly. The thermostat connects to my WiFi but not to the ecobee.com server and the sprinkler system will not connect at all. Both router and modem have checked by Xfinity and passed all tests. That leaves a change by Xfinity at my account level.

Jmne10 No changes have been made, but I have an Ecobee and know it prefers the 2.4Ghz WIFI signal to connect to. Most of the time, the Ecobee and other devices that are always on the WIFI can find the correct channels. Do you use one WIFI name on your home network, or do you have two WIFI names when you check?
