Half speeds at best

I have been paying for 1100MB downloads for 2 years, it's ALWAYS half of what I am paying for or less. And it's getting worse as this week the best speed was 220, The poorly programmed AI assistant is useless, and I can never get a person on the line for support. It's NOT my modem, as I replaced it last year and it can handle 10GB download speeds. I use Cat 6 ethernet cable to make sure Wifi is not the issue and have a new gaming PC where I get full Gigabyte connections at a friend's house using AT&T fiber. Where I moved from, if you paid for a certain speed, you got that or more, but here they put the "up to" in the tagline and use that as an excuse for [Edited: "Language"] service.

I tried dropping the speed to pay for what I am getting once, but then it got even slower!!

Why can Xfinity NOT deliver speeds as promised?!?!?! I am switching as soon as the new providers open in my area. I have had several ISP's across the nation, and this service is hands down the worst of all of them.
