Had Pods - replaced with Storm-Ready now can't extend wi-fi

Had 2 extender pods. Replaced with Storm-ready & must have extended wi-fi for garage camera. Now Storm-ready not providing extended wi-fi and I have wasted countless hours trying to get assistance.

Finally gave up & figured I'd just buy 2 new extender pods for $199 because maybe that's Xfinity's game. Purchase would not complete. Ready to shop for alternative service. Pay $169 a month and can't stream wi-fi to a security camera 20 feet from house. 

Tried for hours to get a live agent.

Bought Storm-Ready to replace 3 pods for extended wi-fi. Worked for last year & now quit. Unable to get Xfinity to assist. Have spent countless hours researching, re-booting, etc. to no avail. Must seek iother vendor for a permanent solution and will return Storm-Ready & battery to Xfinity.

Worst customer service I have experienced & I will express my disgust on social media accounts.
