Xfinity gear? They don't have that feature. 3rd party gateways do.

*I did just see a cheap N300 802.11 b/g/n access point (AP mode) on amazon for $25. Have it use it's own radio, wifi password and broadcast it's own SSID. Set the DHCP forwarding option to point to your gateway -- http://10.0.0.1 to let your gateway handle the networking. It's still on your network and not segregated, but then you aren't giving your wifi password to everyone.

Hi there! Thanks for taking the time out of your day to reach out to Xfinity on Forums! I certainly understand not wanting to give guess your personal Wi-Fi password. Did you still need assistance with this concern?
