Green Utility Box Housing New Equipment

Xfinity recently installed a large green utility box in our yard, replacing what had previously been a small, flush-mounted grate. The new box is positioned in the middle of our lawn and is both intrusive and disruptive to the property. We would like to request that this be either replaced with a flush-mounted alternative or relocated to a less obtrusive location. Please let us know the next steps to address this issue. We have contacted support via the phone and have not gotten anywhere. In fact, we were told that someone would be out to take care of it a couple of weeks ago and nobody showed up.
