Got a Arris SB8200 and need a second IP Address. Can anyone please help?

Got a SB8200 and port 1 is connected to Wifi router and port2 is direct connected to my PC for work. And port2 does not work. Only shows Unknown network. I am certain i need a 2nd IP address for my pc. Can anyone help me please?

Yes, you do. Can you not just connect your work PC to the router too ?? 

If not, they are phasing it out but I'm going to escalate your issue to the Comcast corporate employees that are available to these boards. We've seen cases here where they have been able to get this accomplished for customers even when it is not listed in their rate cards, YMMV. You should get a reply here in your topic. Be advised that if it's possible, there will be an extra charge. Good luck !
