Google Home Mini and Google Assistant

I have a Google Home Mini and a Bose 300 with Google Assistant connected through Wi-Fi to my Xfinity Router.  Up until 6 months ago or so, we had never had any issues with saying "Hey Google..." and it would respond.  Now it takes 3-4 times of asking before it does the action requested.  Each time it does not, it replies "Hmmm, something went wrong, try again in a moment" or something like that.

I have restarted my network, reset each device, reinstalled the devices on my network, reset my Google account and assigned to new google account and nothing works.  I have been told from a few that it may be the Firewall of IPV4 or IPV6, but not had luck when one is disabled and then someone mentioned ICMP Packets which I have not figured out how to find.

Anyone else with this issue and found a solution.  This is very frustrating for certain.

Hello @challenge21, thanks for reaching out to us! We will be happy to help! Do you currently just have the one Google Home Mini or do you have multiple? If you more than one, are they all experiencing the same issue?

Maybe I missed it in the conversation but have you rebooted the Google devices? Are there any updates on the devices that could be causing this? Are you able to move them to see if it could be the location, maybe something was added close by that could block it?
