Going offline at the same time

I’m really getting frustrated with Xfinity! Every morning at 1am my modem goes off line and again between 11am and 1 on it goes out again. I’m a night owl and it usually go out while I’m watching something. Please don’t tell me my wires are old or water damaged nor say I need a tech for my equipment when my equipment isn’t that old. And if it is that old, then Xfinity should be keeping a record on when customers need to be updated. Also, I feel i should be compensated for all these interruptions. Please don’t try to say Xfinity doesn’t have a way to see these interruptions.

I can definitely understand the frustration if your programming is being interrupted due to a dropping connection. When the modem goes off, do you usually try to troubleshoot via the Xfinity app? If so, do you see any notifications of service interruptions or planned maintenance?
