What modem or modem/router gateway are you using? If it's a Comcast/Xfinity XB6, 7, or 8, are you using the 2.5 Gb port? The other three ports are only 1 Gb and will only run at 940 Mb or so.

user_txkv7w Oh! Wow! That is never good to hear. There are a few things that could cause this. Of course, a connection issue may be something to look into. You can check out our troubleshooting page to help look into the signals on your end. You can look at the section " Check your signal levels " feel free to share what you find. Make sure to remove any of your private information like MAC addresses or IP address. With the speed increase from 1200Mbps to 2000Mbps some modems can not support the increase in speed and would work on reduced speeds. If you are not using one of our Xfi gateways you can confirm your modem's supported speed on our Device info page. Pick the option to view all compatible devices, and you will be looking into our Next Gen Capable speed. That will be just the top section on the PDF that comes up. Let me know what you find.
