Gigabit x2 plan upload speed - stuck at 80Mbps

Hi there,

About a year ago, I was upgraded to the Gigabit x2 Plan . Since then, I have consistently seen download speeds >1800Mbps, which is good. But my upload speeds are stuck at <80Mbps, which is not as good. These speeds are over ethernet directly into gateway.

Currently using the XB7 gateway, model TG4482A, in router mode. 

Any ideas on steps to increase the upload speeds to the "up to 300 Mbps" in my x2 plan? Thanks in advance.
