Gigabit x2 Plan Speed Limited to 1.5G since Sep 26th

I'm using a CODA56 for my Gigabit x2 Plan and it's running fine for years, I can get 2.1G down and 300M up from my Ubiquiti UDM Pro SE.

But all of a sudden from Sep 26th, I was limited to about 1.6G at max (one of my docker services tracks connect speed). Nothing changed at my homelab, the speed change happened around mid night, sometimes it does go down to a lower speed but usually it will recover after a few hours but this time it never came back.

I have tried restart the modem, tried the app, basically everything I can think about. I'm in PA so there is no data cap, and I'm not even using as much as last month. What's going on there?

We will never slow down your service, so if it is working like that, there is a technical issue happening. We appreciate the steps you took with restarting the modem and trying the Xfinity app. Let's take a look at your account from here so we can check your equipment and the area.
