Gigabit service of 1,200mbps and not getting even half

I'm supposed to be on the 1,200mbps gigabit plan, which testing the speed to the xfinity modem it says is giving 117% but when connected (wired or Wi-Fi πŸ›œ ) it not giving even half of the service. I have 3 types of connections:

- one is the Wi-Fi πŸ›œ of the xfinity device

- second point of connection is using a TP Link Deco 6 Mesh system (wired to gigabit port)

- Wired to the xfinity device

none is giving me not even 500mbps.

Any Suggestions or configuration?

Since you're using gigabit ports, for some of your equipment, whenever they get your speed up to where it should be, you still won't get over 925-940, due to limitations of gigabit ports. Any equipment that you have that is capable of 2.5Gbps, should be connected to the ethernet port that has a red dot or line next to it, on the Xfinity gateway. That port is rated at 2.5Gbps.

Thanks for the reply. I'm using the Wi-Fi πŸ›œ from the xfinity device, using the Wi-Fi πŸ›œ from the mesh 6 system (wired to the gigabit port) and still can't even get 500mbps, is always below that, and the service is supposed to be 1,200mbps (which I will be ok on getting at least 900mbps). The gateway provided by xfinity is the model XB7 from ARRIS GROUP, INC.
