Gigabit Pro/Xfinity Gigabit X10 Availability

Hello,

Can anyone help me see if my address is eligible for a Gigabit Pro plan? All I know is that I must be within 1,750 ft of a fiber node and that I must direct message someone, but I do not have access to DM.

@XfinityBrianH​ It seems that direct messaging has been enabled for me now -- how can I contact someone to speak further about the Gigabit X10 service? As I understand it, unsolicited DMs are against forum guidelines, so when can I expect for someone to reach out to me about my inquiry via DM?
