Getting service to an unserviceable location

If you're in a rural area that doesn't have a lot of homes around you you may be out of luck, or the cost to bring service to your residence may be prohibitive, ranging in the tens of thousands of dollars.

Hello, @ghips! Thank you for your interest in our services and for reaching out for assistance. We can put in a ticket to have our serviceability team review this. They will let us know if we can provide services there or not and if there would be a cost involved to do so. 

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and address to Xfinity Support. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.
Here are the detailed steps to direct message us: 
 • Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon (upper right corner of this page)
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send your message
