Getting Less than Advertised Upload Speeds on Gigabit X2

I am using the XB8 router and see the correct download speeds ~2000mb/s but for uploads I see a max of ~65mb/s. From what I have seen online and on this forum there might be a need for a splitter to be replaced to work with the new requirements. I have tried replacing the router, using different devices, using WiFi etc. but nothing has been able to increase my speed which leads me to believe that it is an infrastructure issue. How can I go about getting help for this.
