Getting less than 200 mbps on a 1000mbps plan

Hi community forum, I recently upgraded to a 1000 mbps plan and installed the Xfi modem last night. Everything was working fine and within expectation, but when I woke up, I found that everything felt quite slow, so I decided to run some speed tests and I am barely getting 100-200 mbps and it is really troubling, especially considering how much more was spent to get on this plan. Any  ideas?
