Getting a lot of t3 and t4 errors
Had a tech out already and the line checked out. They even installed a new line and removed all splitters. Trying to figure out if it's an issue with my modem or if it's equipment down the line.

To send a direct message:

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

So far, I've had 3 techs out and multiple times they've tried to fix the issue. Still getting tons of t3 time outs with no resolution. It seems every time something is "adjusted" it just gets worse.
