Getting 100 Mbps on a Gigabit Account

I recently have had issues with my Gigabit connection. I have tried tech support and all they do is reset the modem and tell me that is all they can do. I have some errors in my modem log and some channel errors. I will post them here with this message. I was getting about 830 Mbps wired two months ago. Now I get 100Mbps regardless of how mahy resets of the modem I do. I have restarted the router also and same issue. Any help appreciated.
