Gateway Wifi6 Firmware Update

Since start of this year I've been having problems connecting to my WIFI. So ive been resorting to just using my mobile data. Tried contacting support lots of times but I'm deadlocked to the AI chat agent just checking my connections over and over and failing, and being useless when it comes to trying to schedule appointments!
