Gateway Update and Pod Problem?

Since the update to my Gateway an XB7, I've been having issues with devices that connect to my network via the Pods.  The pod connected devices will experience dropouts or not be able to connect at all. 

I've restarted my network serveral times on the app.  Also power cycled the pods individually and waited at least 24 hours for them to 'settle in'.  The problem persists and is consistent regardless of the device, Apple TV, IOS, and PC's.  Has the update to the gateway made my pods obsolete?
