Gateway specs
I am trying to figure out which gateway or modem / router to buy to replace my Arris TG 1682 that I'm renting from Xfinity.
I'm getting confused where it says
WiFi (2.4 GHz) Download Speed(i)
WiFi data is not available for this device
WiFi (5 GHz) Download Speedi
- WiFi data is not available for this device
I'm not sure what Wi-Fi data is not available for this device means..
A lot of the modem router combos say this.

Hi, @user_5c17b9. If your speed is only for 75 Mbps, you'll just need a modem that is good for that speed. I do recommend getting one for a higher speed in case you decide to upgrade later on though!

Technically, Comcast is only responsible for wifi functionality on gateways you rent from them, so I'm not surprised they don't want to commit to specs on some other maker's gear.
Can't say as I blame em....
