Gateway Restarts by itself

Planned maintenance was completed in my neighborhood on 1/22. Ever since then, my gateway restarts itself 1-3 times a day. It worked consistently before the planned maintenance, so I do not think it's my cables or equipment. I even upgraded my service and got a new gateway on the recommendation of an agent, but its still doing it which reinforces my theory. How do I get someone at Xfinity to check the line maintenance for issues?
