Gateway never arrived

A week ago I received a text notification saying my gateway had arrived, but it never did. What are the next best steps to getting my gateway?

The fastest and most efficient way would be to visit our stores and pick up the equipment in person. Our Xfinity Store Locator is an excellent resource to find the near spot, and even set up an appointment for fast and easy service.
