Gateway modem/ router
Xfinity tech support useless. My gateway shows it is connected to 2nd router and extender. Though both show being "connected", are visible to the gateway as they appear in Xfinity app, but no internet is passed on by the gateway. The phone techs, if you can manage to break out of their menu phone loop, aren't up to doing anything but initializing ( which they manage to mess up) and rebooting. Anybody with real tech skills know why gateway is connected but does not share internet signals?
