Gateway login URL

Whenever I try to log into http://10.0.0.1 I get the following screen (see screenshot below)

I've tried other browsers, but I get the same results.  Cache and history cleared.  I cannot use the Xfinity app on my phone is its too old and my phone is not supported by many apps these days.

This is not cool and I should be able to log in to manage my network.
