Gateway Login - 10.0.0.1 Forgot login and password when i changed it
Hello,
Tried calling xfinity support to ask them to reset but i cant speak to a live person and keep getting hung up on. Long story short i change the login and password to my gateway modem a while ago and cant remember either. I already unplugged and press the reset button for 30 seconds on the modem 2x's and neither time work. Can someone please help me?

Is the gateway device powered on when you hold the reset button in for 30 seconds ? If not, it needs to be powered up.
