Gateway keeps showing neighbors SSID

I've been having connectvity issues for about 5 days with intermitent service or no service at all, so I decided to check the settings on my gateway. When I logged into the admin tool, on the 'At A Glance' page it showed my SSID. When I went to the WiFi tab under Connections, it showed my neighbors network. Then, when I clicked back to the 'At A Glance' page, it showed my neighbor's SSID and password. Went through several cycles of rebooting computer/power cycling router and its still the same issue. Initially it'll show my network, but it will switch to my neighbor's network eventually. All of my computers auto connect to my network with my saved info and she has a secured network. I made sure I was connected to my network each time before I tried to access my gateway and it still shows her info. Tech support was no help and the earliest appt I can get is Saturday. Problem is I'm taking online classes and my laptop is out of commission so I need to get back online on my home network to complete my work by Sunday. If anyone knows of a solution, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
