Gateway keeps dropping

Xfinity forced to me upgrade due to a package change in December. WiFi keeps dropping. I had my own Modem which never dropped. I’ll be calling customer service soon

Mine does too ... even when I am right next to the Gateway.  Googling this I think it is a problem with the Gateway.  Very frustrating.   Did customer service help you?
