Gateway Keeps Dropping Connection
I started this service with Xfinity for internet and cable this past Tuesday before Thanksgiving. I have never been so thoroughly disgusted and disappointed in a service. The cable doesn't work no matter what outlet I try. And I have literally started and restarted the gateway 50 times because it keeps dropping the signal. And don't get me started on the automated help system. Yall should be ashamed of yourselves!!!😡

None of that works. There has to be something else going on. Everything is fine from the internet for 10 or 15 minutes and then it just quits.
