Gateway Issues

My internet has went out probably 15 times a day for 3 weeks, and idk where you are supposed to get help. The AI assistant just spams resetting the modem and says Looks Good! 

When it goes out i can still ping to the modem and router, and the tracing shows its losing connection at the first comcast hop.

Tightened and replaced the coax cable, tried with and without the router, same results.
