Gateway Ethernet ports

Is there a way to disable the Ethernet ports on the gateway? The xfi app has some nice parental control options but kids can just plug straight into the gateway and bypass all time limits, ect. Blocking their MAC also doesn’t work since they can just change their MAC address. Hoping if there isn’t a way currently, maybe it could be in a firmware update soon? Thanks
