Gateway blinking light won’t stop
I received my gateway a few days ago and plugged it into 2 different coaxial outputs securely, tried power cycling multiple times, but the light won’t stop blinking white. I confirmed that Xfinity service at my address is active and has no issues and still nothing. What can I do about this?

When your gateway shows a blinking white light, it indicates that the device is in the process of activation or is experiencing limited operational status. Since you've already tried different outlets in your home with no change, there any be something going on we need to dig deeper into on our end to get you online. Has anything changed since creating your post?
