Gateway Admin Username Change

I'm looking for the function that will allow me to change the username on the Gateway so that it is something other than "Admin". I can find the Change Password link in the upper right corner just fine, I don't need to change that. I just want to make the username something else.

Where is this option?

You can't change the default username. Only the password.

That's a shame. Just about all of the Tech Security people tell you to change the default name of your Router/Gateway off of "admin" as soon as you get it.

I use a good password manager program that spits out some complex combos so I feel good there, but not being able to change the default user off of "admin" is a let down.

Additional Thoughts:

Tell the engineers and designers that that should be a bit more easier to get to from that helpful AI that sends you back to the first page without anymore directions.

And this forum has a large collection of similar queries on the subject, that should be a clue as to what the next version of the apps could have... ;-)
