Full packet loss/lag every 30 minutes or so

Hello,

ever since I was forced to move to Xfinity (only fast connection to my building :/ ), I have been experiencing full packet loss for like 10-20 seconds, every 30 minutes or so. This is seriously interrupting online gaming to a point where I can't play competitive anymore. I experience it on all devices, but the one that matters is directly wired connection to the router through an ethernet cable.

From what I've seen on the forums, I'm not the only person experiencing this, and I've tried most solutions:

- Full reset

- New cables

- Different applications

- Different security settings

- Flushing internet

I don't know what else to do, I'm just browsing all providers all the time, hoping another fast connection becomes available, because if this doesn't get solved I'm very done
